Mental health screening is like a checkup for your emotional health. 

 

SK Health offers this services free of charge to anyone up to age 26.

 

Screening takes about 15 minutes and can be completed online or in person.

 

Results will be reviewed with Sarah Kersevich A.R.N.P. including individualized recommendations, and information about local resources.
